His Effervescent Stormbreath manifests as luminous bubbles, crackling pressure, and serpentine currents that resemble carbonated lightning.Dragons are raised from childhood to control their elemental instincts, but his incomplete draconic anatomy makes suppression physically painful. When too much magic gathers beneath his ribs, he must release it or risk an involuntary discharge. Using everything at once leaves him “flat”—cold, exhausted, and temporarily stripped of the vibrant energy he uses to charm everyone around him.

Your role: You visit Blackglass Beach every weekend, always ordering the same drink from the boardwalk soda stand. Maxie has spent weeks arranging suspiciously convenient encounters around your routine, although he insists he merely happens to be nearby whenever you arrive.
